The agreement for using MillSaathi. Plain language where we can; the headings tell you what each part covers.
These terms are a contract between you (and the mill you sign up for) and Equaseed, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India, which operates MillSaathi. By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms. If you accept for a mill or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MillSaathi is software for running a mill: gate and weighbridge records, lab readings, purchases and saudas, stock, production, payments, expenses, GST support, government (CMR) contracts, workforce records, exports to Tally, and an optional AI assistant. We keep improving it, so features change. We will try to give notice before we remove something you rely on.
Do not: break the law or use the service to defraud anyone; upload malicious code; try to access another mill's data or probe our systems for weaknesses without our written permission; overload the service or bypass limits, rate limits or the bot check; resell or white-label the service without our consent; or scrape the service to build a competing product. We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.
MillSaathi helps you keep records and works out figures such as outturn, mass balance, GST amounts and Tally vouchers. It is a tool, not an accountant, auditor or lawyer. You are responsible for checking the figures before you file a return, issue an invoice, pay a supplier or submit a government bill. GST rules and state CMR rules change; the software may lag behind a change.
The AI assistant can be wrong. Do not rely on it alone for financial, legal or tax decisions.
The service works with other providers, for example Cloudflare, Resend, Razorpay, Google and Tally. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. Tally Sync sends data to a Tally installation that you run and control.
The core of MillSaathi is free and will stay free: gate and weighbridge records, lab and quality records, purchase and sales saudas, stock, lots and godowns, processing and mass balance, party khata and payments, the owner digest, and team roles and permissions. We also offer optional Pro plans for extras such as the Gate overview and Mill Intelligence charts, more than 10 machines with part-service schedules, and Compare parties. A Pro plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period, shown with its price (including GST) in the app before you pay. It does not renew by itself, and nothing is charged without your explicit action. New mills receive a free 30-day Pro trial. Your data stays yours when a plan or trial ends: you keep full access to view, edit and export it, and only the Pro extras switch off. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, as set out in Refunds and Cancellation.
Referrals: a mill can share a referral link. A mill that signs up through it receives extra free Pro days. The referring mill receives free Pro days only after the new mill has bought a plan and the 7-day refund period has ended without a refund. Referral days are not money, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are limited to five rewards per mill in any 12 months. We may withhold them where a referral is made by or for the same person, or is otherwise abused.
We own the MillSaathi software, name, logo and content (excluding your data). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your mill's business while these terms apply.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be maintenance, provider outages or problems outside our control. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose by exporting regularly. Support is on connect@equaseed.com and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm IST.
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if continuing would harm other users, after notice where practical. Clauses that by their nature should survive (such as data ownership, liability limits and governing law) survive.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or goodwill, or loss of data you could have backed up by exporting. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud.
If a third party claims against us because of your data or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim, as far as the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to connect@equaseed.com first and give us 15 days to resolve a dispute. If it is not resolved, the courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing stops you from approaching a consumer forum or regulator where the law gives you that right.
We may update these terms. For a material change we will give account holders notice in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the new version and date will appear on this page. Continuing to use the service after the date means you accept the new terms.
